Francisco comes from a technology and business background, with a bachelor's in Business Informatics.

At 17 he moved out of Brazil and at 20 he opened his first company, having been to more than a twenty countries on 4 continents since. He specializes in Flag Theory and how Free & Special Economic Zones can help with offshoring and internationalization. He is the Adrianople Group's Head of Internationalization and the co-founder of Settee, an internationalization company for the lusophone market.
