Kaj Jež is a master’s student at and graduate of the University of Ljubljana’s Faculty of Economics, a 2017 ASEF research fellow in addition to having performed his fellowship at the University of Washington. He co-founded the Libertas Institute in Slovenia, one if the country’s foremost free-market think tanks. He served as its director for over a year until June 2017, and continues to act as an advisor. His work focuses primarily on economic analysis, policy analysis, public and government relations, methods and models of privatization, deregulation and liberalization.
